Our Team

M4 Interactive is made up of a core team of project managers, site architects, designers and developers. In addition to the core team we work with a variety of contractors and agencies to provide the best combination of resources needed to ensure that the appropriate talent is available for your project.

Ruben Mislang

Site Architect, Designer

Ruben has over 20 years of agency experience as a graphic designer and web programmer, serving clients in a variety of industries from museums, tech startups, eCommerce, non-profits and universities. He has led the planning and development of over 50 websites with many involving complex eCommerce solutions, Content Management Systems, Search Engine Marketing, and 3rd party integration. When not working (which is rare) Ruben likes to barbecue, golf and play guitar (badly) for his family.

Jennifer Mislang

Project Manager

Jenn comes to us from the pre-internet world of magazine publication. She served as the advertising controller for a music industry magazine and a trade publication for the spa & wellness industry. Since her magazine days, Jenn has organized successful fundraising events for various schools and non-profits. To-do lists are Jenn’s best friend and she will ensure that the project stays on track from start to finish. When she’s not at a computer Jenn enjoys photography and documenting adventures with her family.

Jules Njikam

Senior Developer, AWS Specialist

Jules is a dedicated interactive website developer who loves technology. He has worked as a web applications developer for over 8 years. Jules is well versed in Drupal, WordPress and Magento. He is also a highly skilled API integration specialist able to bridge communications between the content management system or shopping cart and many 3rd party services with a well rounded API. He is well versed in ASP.Net, PHP, MS SQL, MySQL, HTML/XHTML, CSS, XML, AJAX or JQUERY.

Emily Draws

Designer

Emily has been designing websites since table layouts were best practice.  After college where she majored in Art (metalsmithing and ceramics to be more precise), she thought her perfect job would be “lifetime student”.  Emily found that job in web design. She finds satisfaction in learning new skills, writing clean html and css3 code, and designing beautiful layouts while her 3 dogs and cat keep her company. Her other loves are teaching pilates and spending time in the deep south of Mexico.
